House of David racconta le vicende del secondo re di Israele, un giovane pastorello emarginato che sostituirà re Saul alla guida del suo popolo.

La serie è interpretata da Michael Iskander nel ruolo di David, insieme ad Ali Suliman nel ruolo di Re Saul, Ayelet Zurer nel ruolo della Regina Ahinoam e Stephen Lang nel ruolo di Samuele.
