Forever Yours: The Farewell Performance cattura i momenti salienti di due straordinari concerti per pianoforte solo, tenuti appena quattro mesi prima della scomparsa dell'icona del jazz Chick Corea. Registrati alla Ruth Eckerd Hall di Clearwater, in Florida, nell'ottobre 2020, sarebbero stati gli ultimi concerti pubblici di Corea. Poco dopo queste esibizioni, la sua salute peggiorò improvvisamente e, nel febbraio 2021, il mondo perse uno dei suoi più grandi musicisti. Queste registrazioni rappresentano sia un commovente addio sia un documento definitivo dell'esperienza pianistica solista di Chick Corea. L'ascoltatore è intrattenuto dal virtuosismo a cascata, dalla padronanza tecnica e dalla conoscenza armonica che contraddistinguono Corea.
