Dopo aver esplorato i confini del rumore sonoro e del rock d'avanguardia con gli Humble, i Thee Humble Blues Band, i musicisti di Kiama, tornano nel 2025 con racconti casalinghi e blues sinceri dal loro secondo LP Church Cordial: songs of tanner evans. Combinando elementi del classico southern rock con folk psichedelico e soul spirituale alla Dylan, è più una progressione che una partenza. Informato fin dall'inizio dalla collaborazione, l'impresario del blues e amico di lunga data della band, Frank Sultana, il chitarrista di pistole e sapiente del folk CJ Stranger, il giramondo locale Dane Overton, la celebre cantante Shelley Harland e molti altri aggiungono la loro panna e zucchero a questa forte miscela.
