Il 20 Novembre 2012, Andrea Spezzacatena, un ragazzo che aveva appena compiuto 15 anni, si tolse la vita. Fu il primo caso in Italia di bullismo e cyberbullismo che portò al suicidio di un minorenne. L’incidente scatenante fu l’aver voluto indossare dei pantaloni rossi, regalo della madre, che a causa di un lavaggio sbagliato erano diventati rosa. Questo film è tratto dalla sua storia.
