Gli Spyro Gyra, una band jazz fusion di Buffalo, NY, si sono formati nel 1974 e hanno creato la struttura per il jazz contemporaneo negli anni '80 e '90. A celebrare questo traguardo del 50° anniversario della formazione della band, arriva Jubilee, una nuova raccolta con 16 canzoni che catturano la tavolozza in continua espansione della band nel suo primo decennio di registrazione (1978-87) e include i brani preferiti dai fan "Shaker Song", "Morning Dance" che hanno avuto successo nelle classifiche in diversi paesi, oltre a brani che la band continua a eseguire in tutto il mondo. Il nuovo LP e CD contiene foto mai viste prima dei primi giorni della band e dei più recenti tour mondiali, note di copertina del veterano giornalista musicale Jonathan Widran e una canzone appena registrata, "50/50" - un riff sul titolo dell'uscita del 1997 della band 20/20, che ha segnato 20 anni e 20 album.
